Position Overview
Bright Accord General Contracting is seeking a mid-level Document Controller in Abu Dhabi.
The company works across building, infrastructure, villa, and industrial projects.
Compensation
- The salary is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents and records.
- Control document numbering, revisions, distribution, and filing.
- Coordinate document submissions and approvals with project teams and consultants.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy document registers.
- Ensure documents are updated and easily accessible.
- Track incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support project teams with document control requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller.
- Good knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems.
- Construction or contracting industry experience is preferred.
