Reporting to the Regional Manager Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for all strategic, safety, operational and financial aspects of civil works based in Eight Mile Plains, QLD. Driving a culture of continuous improvement to ensure efficient delivery, you will create an environment which is open, transparent, and accountable. Your ambition to lead and mentor a team, will be demonstrated by your guidance and support to ensure individual development, growth, and high performance.
You will be an accomplished and agile operational leader with strong technical skills, effective leadership, and a high level of commercial and financial acumen. Effective communication, enthusiasm, professionalism, and the ability to influence at all levels is essential. You will have proven evidence of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and the ability to drive a safety-first approach across the business in line with Fulton Hogan's "Living Safely" Culture.
Solid management experience, ideally demonstrating full accountability, for all commercial, financial, leadership and operational aspects of a civils business.
Proven leadership qualities - the ability to lead change whilst driving team engagement.
The commercial acumen to improve business performance in challenging markets.
