Divisional Manager

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly enthusiastic and energetic hands-on- industry professional with robust experience in civil construction. This role will be well suited to an Senior Project Manager looking for their next career challenge. You will have strong financial and commercial acumen and excellent people leadership skills. You will be adept at building sound relationships, managing stakeholders and have an ability to take ownership and problem solve. A demonstrated understanding of costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management, estimating and cost control is necessary, as is an ability to drive positive outcomes, while fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
