Tyre Division Manager
to build, scale, and dominate our tyre business across UAE.
This is a
full business ownership role
— you are responsible for
sales, pricing, marketing, inventory, and operations end-to-end
.
What You’ll Own
- Full
- P&L responsibility
- for the Tyre Division
- Drive
- daily tyre sales volume
- and hit aggressive monthly targets
- Build and execute
- sales strategy
- (B2C + B2B fleet contracts)
- Own
- product pricing, costing, and cheapest-in-market positioning
- Design and execute
- sales campaigns
- (WhatsApp, SMS, digital)
- Lead
- sales operations
- — conversion, upsell, and dispatch performance
Core Business Control
- Manage
- inventory & stock
- (top SKUs, zero stock-outs)
- Handle
- 100+ workshop/vendor relationships
- (fitting, SLA, payments)
- Control
- end-to-end order flow
- — from order to fitting within SLA
- Drive
- cross-sell revenue
- : (Wheel alignment / Nitrogen fill / Battery / Service Contracts / Tow pick-up & drop-off)
- Maintain
- customer satisfaction ≥4.3★ and strict SLA compliance
Team Leadership
- Manage
- division team.
- Own
- team performance, hiring, training, and daily targets
- Run a
- high-pressure, high-volume automotive operation (24/7)
Ideal Background
- Experience in:
- Tyre shops / tyre trading businesses
- Automotive service centers / workshops
- Multi-branch tyre retail or distribution
- Strong understanding of:
- Tyre brands, sizes, pricing, and sourcing
- Workshop fitting operations & turnaround time
- High-volume sales + dispatch coordination
- Proven ability to
- scale both sales and operations simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who can
- run the tyre business like an owner
- Strong grip on
- sales strategy, pricing control, and margin discipline
- Ability to
- push volume without breaking operations or customer experience
- Comfortable managing
- sales, marketing, vendors, and team in parallel
