Responsibilities
- Prepare key reconciliations (Bank, AR, AP) and assist in preparing monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Ensure 100% service to invoice conversion and monitor aging reports
- Take internal approval for supplier payments and review supplier reconciliations
- Manage daily cash position and review cash flow forecasts
- Prepare VAT output & input reconciliations and take approvals on VAT returns before submission
- Help in designing & improving internal controls and maintain segregation of duties
- Prepare the annual budget, track budget vs actual performance, and deliver forecasting
- Process payments and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of finance experience
- Pre Qualified or qualified ACCA, CA, CPA is preferred
- Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Experience in the automotive service industry is a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Finance Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will oversee the company's financial operations including preparing financial reports, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare key reconciliations (Bank, AR, AP). Assist in preparing monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; ensure timely month end closing.
- Ensure 100% service to invoice conversion. Monitor aging reports; manage escalations and approve credit notes as required.
- Take internal approval supplier payments and review supplier reconciliations. Monitor operational expenses; prevent duplicate/unauthorized payments.
- Manage daily cash position and review cash flow forecasts. Optimize the working capital cycle.
- Prepare VAT output & input reconciliations and take approvals on VAT returns before submission. Ensure FTA compliance.
- Help in designing & improving internal controls and maintain segregation of duties. Conduct fraud risk reviews.
- Prepare the annual budget, track budget vs actual performance. Deliver forecasting and support expansion analysis.
- Process payments and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of finance experience.
- Pre Qualified or qualified ACCA, CA, CPA is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Experience in the automotive service industry is a plus.
