- Work towards zero customer complaints through proactive handling
- Manage and grow assigned customer / vehicle portfolio
- Coordinate with technicians, garages, and operations teams
- Support revenue targets and service quality standards
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive/service industry)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Target oriented and customer focused mindset
- Basic CRM / system knowledge

Role Overview
