Under the general direction of the National Program Manager and the Senior Program Manager, the District Manager (DM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the program in a given geographical area. Someone who will become an expert in private and regional government payer policies, the District Manager ensures that patients have easy access to their drug therapy by overseeing and managing the activities of the remote team compromising of a highly talented group of Field Case Managers (FCM) and Personal Care Specialists (PCS) or Wellness Case Managers (WCM).
Proactively identify areas of enrollment growth and manage client issues
Act as program champion with influential stakeholders
Coach and mentor new field team members to promote program services to patients and HCPs
Collaborate with Commercial DMs to maximize program opportunities with key customers and execute tactics
Work with management team to ensure clear understanding of team mission and goals
Work with management team to help identify skills that are need for projects or work activities and match skill requirements with available talent
Work with Training Managers to improve competencies of team and address knowledge gaps
Obtain feedback and input on program enhancements
Stay abreast of industry trends and important pending legislation impacting business
Fosters proactive, continued quality improvement
