Lead distribution strategy, network optimization, channel planning, logistics transformation, and distribution performance management across markets and operating models.

Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.

Strategy and Network Planning
- Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with corporate, commercial, and supply chain objectives.
- Design distribution models covering warehouses, distribution centers, stores, customers, channels, and markets.
- Evaluate network consolidation, expansion, relocation, redesign, capacities, service levels, and operating costs.
- Develop channel strategies for retail, wholesale, e-commerce, direct-to-customer, and other models.
Operations and Transformation
- Optimize product flows and establish distribution-center roles, inventory positioning, service territories, and fulfillment models.
- Develop transportation and delivery strategies and assess logistics cost, service, inventory, and facility trade-offs.
- Lead transformation and continuous-improvement programs, including automation, digital logistics, analytics, and fulfillment modernization.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for disruptions, capacity shortages, supplier issues, and demand volatility.
Performance and Implementation
- Develop dashboards, management reporting, service-level targets, cost benchmarks, capacity requirements, and network performance standards.
- Develop investment cases, budgets, cost models, financial forecasts, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Coordinate implementation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risk-management plans.
- Coach and support team members involved in distribution strategy and network planning.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in distribution strategy, supply chain strategy, logistics, network planning, fulfillment, transportation, or operations strategy.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment.
- Experience with network design, scenario modeling, business cases, supply chain systems, and cross-functional transformation.
- Strong English proficiency is required, while additional languages are advantageous.
Core Capabilities
- Financial and commercial analysis of logistics costs, inventory, service, investment, and cost-to-serve.
- Project and program management, stakeholder management, communication, and practical implementation planning.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers, external partners, international teams, and distributed operating environments.
Key Performance Indicators
Distribution cost per unit or order, cost-to-serve, on-time delivery, order fulfillment, and perfect-order rate.
Distribution-center utilization, warehouse capacity utilization, transportation utilization, delivery lead time, and order cycle time.
Network service-level achievement, inventory days, stock availability, productivity, partner performance, and forecast accuracy.
Network savings, return on distribution investment, transformation benefits, resilience, sustainability, and initiative completion.
