Role Description
Support daily distribution activities and ensure products are moved, processed, and delivered accurately and efficiently.
Assist with shipment coordination, inventory movement, distribution documentation, and communication with internal teams and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery schedules, packing lists, labels, and other distribution records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, inventory, purchasing, sales, customer service, and external delivery partners.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status, follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries, and communicate updates.
- Assist with receiving and dispatch activities, check shipment quantities and product details, and track stock movements.
- Update distribution systems and support investigations of delivery or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare operational updates, and assist with returns, damaged goods, and delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of distribution, warehousing, inventory control, shipment processing, and logistics operations.
