Role Overview
We're looking for a people-focused professional who excels at delivering outstanding service while helping guests find the right car wash solution for their needs. You'll be the first point of contact for every customer - building rapport, understanding their car care habits, and confidently recommending the services and membership packages that fit their routine.
Your ability to read customers, ask the right questions, and make tailored recommendations will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earnings through our membership commission program.

- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preference will be given to applicants with availability 7am-4pm; schedule varies based on business needs.
- Must be at least 18 years old or possess High School diploma (or equivalent)

Engage with every guest to understand their car care needs and recommend the best service option
Educate guests on wash services and unlimited membership packages, helping them see the value and convenience
Build rapport quickly by picking up on cues about how customers use and care for their vehicles
