In this role, you can expect to:
· Create and release deliveries for internal and external customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
· Maintain accurate goods issue (GI) and goods receipt (GR) transactions for orders and returns across the distribution network.
· Monitor and track customer deliveries and stock transfers, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues with warehouses and internal stakeholders.
· Investigate and resolve post goods issue (PGI) and shipping-related discrepancies by partnering with shipping agents and cross-functional teams.
· Run and analyze daily operational reports to monitor order flow, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action to support service levels and distribution efficiency.
· Maintain organized distribution records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support special projects that enhance distribution operations.
· Provide backup coverage for team members during vacation and other absences to ensure uninterrupted service and support.
· Post-secondary degree from either a university or College
