- Take over shift from previous shift detailing pending work

- Carry out daily physical count of goods for inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with forklift operator for storage/movement of goods to facilitate FEFO
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is well maintained and periodic maintenance recorded
- Implement and sustain EHS Management System at area of responsibility

- Experience in warehouse or dispatch operations
- Ability to coordinate with storekeepers and laborers
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock control
- Familiarity with EHS standards and procedures

Job Purpose & Principal Accountabilities
- In charge of all internal warehouse activity, double check stock issues, receive, control and job allocation to laborers.
- Coordinate with store man for stock allocation for smooth order preparation and invoicing.
- Take over shift from previous shift detailing pending work.
- Follow off loading/loading by filling checklist accurately and reporting to storekeepers.
- Allocate job to laborers and monitor proper stock during loading.
- Carry out daily physical count of goods for inventory reconciliation.
- Follow hygiene process and ensure all points covered per checklist.
- Coordinate with forklift operator for storage/movement of goods to facilitate FEFO.
- Handover shift to next shift with jobs to be completed or special instructions.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is well maintained and periodic maintenance recorded.
- Implement, sustain and participate in continual improvement of EHS Management System.
