Disability Support Worker

This home supports a mixture of female and male clients with high dependency and high-physical support needs. Support needs include mealtime and epilepsy management, full personal care, bowel care/enema and dysphagia support . If you are a support worker who is hands-on, compassionate, and committed to providing comprehensive care, then this role is for you.

Are comfortable adhering too NDIS are plan as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.

Provide extensive personal care and high-care supports, including showering, toileting, continence management, hoist transfers, dressing, and mealtime assistance, while maintaining participant dignity, choice, and respect.

Resides within a reasonable distance of Jordan Springs and is willing to work shorter shifts as part of a flexible roster.

Are reliable and proactive team players who works collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to participants.

Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in physically demanding environments.

Confidently use computer-based systems and able to complete clear, accurate, and detailed reporting within required timeframes.
