About the Role

  • The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top tier talent for our clients while leading and inspiring a high performing recruitment team.
  • This leadership role requires a proactive professional with deep expertise in executive hiring, client relationship management, recruitment operations, and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with clients to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent challenges.
  • Lead end to end recruitment for senior and executive level positions across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using modern sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection processes.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance and hiring goals.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Manage recruitment budgets while optimizing hiring efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Build strategic partnerships with universities, professional associations, industry networks, and other talent communities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, recruitment technologies, employer branding, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and internal recruitment policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in recruiting senior leadership and executive level talent.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
  • Experience managing high performing recruitment teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data informed decisions.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
