We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive cash management platform initiatives for a leading financial institution. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with banking, operations, and IT teams to deliver innovative cash management solutions.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking, Operations, and Product teams
- Analyze current business processes and recommend optimized future state solutions
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and user stories
- Work across key cash management modules including payments, collections, liquidity management, and digital banking channels
- Act as primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases, support SIT and UAT
- Track and resolve defects in collaboration with technical teams
- Support implementation, go live activities, end user training, and post production support
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in the banking industry
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with Cash Management Platforms
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking and Cash Management operations
- Experience with leading CMP solutions such as Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, or AurionPro
- Strong understanding of API Integrations (REST/SOAP), XML, ISO 20022, CSV file formats
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and user stories
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline
- Prior experience working with a UAE bank is mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and payment systems

About the Role
- As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technology solutions for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives.
- You will collaborate closely with Corporate Banking, Operations, IT teams, and technology vendors to deliver innovative cash management solutions across payments, collections, liquidity management, and digital banking channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking, Operations, and Product teams.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend optimized future state solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and user stories.
- Support business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Work across key cash management modules including Corporate Digital Banking Channels, Account Services, Payments, Collections & Receivables, Direct Debit, Remote Cheque Scanning, PDC Management, Virtual Accounts, Liquidity Management, Remote Cheque Printing, Host to Host Integration, SWIFT FileAct,
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track and resolve defects in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support implementation, go live activities, end user training, and post production support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with Cash Management Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking and Cash Management operations.
- Experience with one or more leading CMP solutions such as Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, or AurionPro.
- Strong understanding of API Integrations (REST/SOAP), XML, ISO 20022, CSV file formats, Data Mapping and Interface Specifications, and Payments and Collections ecosystem.

- Experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and user stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working with a UAE bank is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and payment systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast paced project environment.
