Job Summary
Supervise the retail sales area to deliver targets, high customer service, and a healthy environment for staff development.
Manage staff to achieve cross-sell ratios while supporting branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Team and Branch Supervision
- Ensure adequate staffing and raise staffing concerns to the Branch Manager.
- Provide performance input, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to customer service officers.
- Lead daily retail sales team meetings and supervise customer service officer performance.
- Monitor daily operations and provide necessary authorizations.
- Allocate tasks fairly and ensure no work remains pending at day end.
Sales and Customer Experience
- Sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
- Ensure retail sales performance meets KPI targets for customer segments.
- Attract new customers through personal relationships and existing customer referrals.
- Support customer service officers by serving customers during peak times.
- Achieve assigned NPS targets and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
