- Develop and implement the Ministry's strategic and operational plans aligned with government priorities.
- Lead formulation and review of public policies, strategic studies, and future focused initiatives.
- Prepare and review the Ministry's local partnership strategy with stakeholders.
- Direct department performance, ensuring governance and operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor strategic and operational KPIs, providing performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with the Future Department at the Office of the Council of Ministers on strategy and foresight.
- Build strategic partnerships with government and private sector entities.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and evaluate institutional transformation projects.
- Oversee national initiatives, strategic projects, and global competitiveness programs.
- Ensure integration of future foresight methodologies and innovation practices across the Ministry.
Requirements
- PhD in Business Administration with 4+ years experience OR Master's with 7+ years OR Bachelor's with 8+ years
- Certified Manager in Quality and Organizational Excellence
- Certification in Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard
- Certification in Organizational Leadership
- Certified Innovation Leader
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Job Objective
- Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of the Ministry's strategic planning, future foresight, organizational excellence, and institutional transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the formulation of public policies, strategic studies, performance management, and strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with national priorities.
Education & Experience
- PhD in Business Administration with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Professional Certifications
- Certified Manager in Quality and Organizational Excellence.
- Certification in Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard.
- Certification in Organizational Leadership.
- Certified Innovation Leader.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Key Responsibilities
