- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of high readiness professionals
- Build unshakeable trust and credibility with key stakeholders at strategic customers and partners
Requirements
- Hands on knowledge of SaaS applications
- Experience in EPM/CPM based technologies (preferred)
- Demonstrable experience managing and inspiring a team of individual Presales contributors
- Track record of successfully managing a team in UAE or the Middle East
- Led teams through transformation
- Ability to both lead and execute (player coach mentality)
- Fluent Arabic speaker

About the Role
- Anaplan is looking for a visionary and strategic leader to take the helm of our high performing Solution Consulting team in the UAE.
- This role is a pivotal member of the EMEA Go To Market and EMEA Presales leadership teams.
Your Impact
- Shape the Vision: Craft and execute a winning regional strategy for the Solution Consulting team.
- Drive Transformational Change: Act as a change agent, driving operational excellence and transforming the Germany Solution Consulting team.
- Master the Business: Take ownership of the regional Book of Business, ensuring tight account alignment and accountability.
- Lead with Agility: Proactively partner with regional sales teams to strategically allocate Presales resources.
- Build a World Class Team: Hire, mentor, and develop a team of high readiness professionals.
- Forge Key Relationships: Build unshakeable trust and credibility with key stakeholders at strategic customers and partners.
Your Qualifications
- Hands on knowledge of SaaS applications.
- Specific experience in EPM/CPM based technologies, preferably around FP&A or Supply Chain platforms (preferred).
- Demonstrable experience managing and inspiring a team of individual Presales contributors.
- A track record of successfully managing a team in UAE or the Middle East.
- A Change Maker's Mindset: led teams through transformation.
- A Player Coach Mentality: ability to both lead and execute.
- A Fluent Arabic Speaker required for this role.
