About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Rail System Design, Integration, Construction, and Operations of the Q Express Project
- Support drafting of tendering documentation and tender process
- Work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure rail systems designs optimize functionality, accessibility, and safety
- Review Rail Systems designs for compliance with codes, regulations, safety standards, and systems integration
- Lead planning and execution of rail systems design and construction, including site assessments and schedule coordination
- Oversee full construction lifecycle to ensure adherence to Employer's Requirements and interface agreements
- Enforce HSSE standards to ensure high quality design and construction outputs
- Support contractor's liaisons with stakeholders to obtain required approvals for operations
- Conduct inspections to ensure readiness of Rail Systems for Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Railway Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's highly desirable)
- At least 12 15 years of experience in design, tenders, and construction of Rail Systems, with emphasis on high speed signaling
- Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects
- Experience with RAMS, setting targets/requirements, and monitoring operational performance
- Deep understanding of industry trends and technological advancements in signaling, telecoms, security, and cybersecurity
- Proven track record in Systems Integration and interface management
