Director, Project / Program Management

18+ years of semiconductor industry experience.

Proven experience managing multiple successful chip development cycles.

Deep understanding of SoC/ASIC development flows and silicon program management.

Experience building or transforming PMOs in large engineering organizations.

Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Passion for process improvement, automation, and scalable execution frameworks.

This is not a typical Program Manager role . We are looking for a leader who can establish the operating model for engineering execution, influence senior executives globally, and create a best-in-class PMO that supports multiple strategic silicon programs.
