- Own the Canada Shared Services intake process, acting as a front door to new intent and facilitating the approval process through SLT
- Create structured systems to solve issues, remove roadblocks, drive accountability in Canada and the enterprise, and keep leadership updated
- Develop relationships with broad set of key leaders in Canada and the enterprise to balance the needs of Canada and the enterprise
- Run the system associated with the legal entity in partnership with US and Canada partners (MBR, MFR, and so on)
- Set up and maintain new routines as needed
- Support key finance routines to ensure billback processes run smoothly
- Represent Canada in key enterprise routines related to International Country Risk, Project Atlas, and other enterprise forums related to Canada work
- Function as the face of the ServiceCo team, providing updates as needed
- Create and curate executive ready presentations and materials as needed
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic matrix environment
- Drive all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects
- Effectively apply project management methodology and standards, and ensure project documents are complete and up to date

- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal or external business clients

About the Role
- The Legal Entity Lead, Canada is a critical position for Team Canada, accountable for creating and managing the framework for work done on behalf of Canada by the enterprise, ensuring strong governance, prudent financial management, and strong risk management.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 7 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal or external business clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Business Administration
- 10+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience with executive presence
- 7+ years of People Management experience
- 7+ years of strategy development
- 7+ years leading technology initiatives
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
