Role Overview
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio within the Urban Core development programme.

Provide strategic oversight to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and in line with approved business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery strategy and leadership across the project portfolio.
- Manage programme and portfolio activities, project controls, and governance.
- Integrate design, technical, construction, and delivery activities.
- Oversee construction management and delivery interfaces.
- Coordinate commercial, contract, and procurement activities.
- Manage stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure operational readiness, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage risk, quality, compliance, and team capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience leading complex large-scale integrated mixed-use developments.
- Demonstrated client-side experience managing multiple projects across diverse asset classes.
- Track record delivering major developments from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Experience managing large multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
- Strong programme management, governance, and project controls experience.
- Experience in master developer, giga-project, public-sector, or large mixed-use development environments.
- GCC and international mega-project experience is highly desirable.
