About the Role

- Lead and manage project delivery activities within the SDU, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with overall company goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project delivery
- Manage contractual relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants effectively
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams
- Mentor and develop project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of project delivery experience in large scale, complex development projects
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary project teams and successfully delivering projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with contract management and vendor negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable

Role Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director Project Delivery to join the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU).
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of assigned projects within the SDU, ensuring they meet predefined quality, schedule, and budget targets.
