Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of high end residential and hospitality developments
- Champion design excellence across master planning, architecture, and interiors
- Manage and interface with international hospitality brands (branded residences, resorts)
- Drive project execution ensuring on time, on budget, and best in class delivery
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and development partners
- Present to senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with Dubai authorities and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (preferred)
- 15–20+ years of experience in real estate development or consultancy
- Proven track record delivering ultra luxury villas / high end residential communities, branded residences, and 5 star hospitality projects
- Strong experience within Dubai / UAE market
- Prior exposure to global hospitality operators and luxury brands
- A strong blend of design leadership and commercial acumen
