- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive utilization of project management software tools such as Primavera P6 and others
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field; Master's preferred
- Over 12 years of progressive experience in project controls within transport infrastructure or related sectors
- Proven leadership experience leading project control teams on large scale transport or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, cost control, scheduling, and risk management
- Expertise with project controls software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable

Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Director Project Controls to lead the project controls function within our transport infrastructure projects.
- In this leadership role, you will oversee project controls activities, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule, risk, and quality for transport related developments.
- You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget, supporting Qiddiya's vision to create a world class entertainment and leisure destination.
