About the Role
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director-level Product Owner to lead an agile delivery team focused on AI capabilities. You will define strategy, own the backlog, and drive AI solutions from proof of concept to launch.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in product ownership
- Managed ML/AI products as platform services, not just as features
- Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle and hands on experience scaling AI/ML products from proof of concept to launch
- Agile practitioner with experience working with or within agile teams
- Proven track record of delivering results in high demand, matrixed organizations
- Proficient in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

About The Team
- Ratings Workflow Solutions (RWS) is a cross functional, agile team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing applications and workflows used by Ratings staff.
- The team partners closely with analytical, business, and technology staff.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Define overall strategy and direction of the team based on organizational goals and user needs.
- Foster team experimentation while maintaining production reliability.
- Drive and support organizational change and technology adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Own the backlog, feature prioritization, roadmap, and MVP.
- Communicate and align with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure shared vision.
- Lead the Agile squad to define and align sprint goals.
- Oversee overall squad’s quarterly delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives.
- Enhance and automate processes to improve data quality and standardize workflows.
- Analyze and break down complex workflows for current and future states.
- Oversee and guide user training, rollout, and change management.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in product ownership.

- Prior experience in debt capital markets, financial services or consulting.

Compensation
- Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 170,000 CAD and 200,000 CAD per year.
