Responsibilities
- Drive deal origination, investment theses, and pipeline development across priority sectors and geographies
- Lead end to end transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
- Prepare and present high quality investment materials for committee review
- Support portfolio management post investment through performance tracking, board participation, and value creation initiatives
- Contribute to exit processes and assist with investor engagement, including co investment opportunities
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience across private equity, with prior training in investment banking (M&A, leveraged finance) or transaction advisory
- Solid deal track record with exposure to executing and supporting transactions across relevant sectors
- Strong understanding of GCC/MENA markets, with an existing network across advisors, lenders, and stakeholders
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA and/or MBA advantageous

Role Overview

Your Profile
