About the Role
Flynn and Chase is hiring a Senior Consultant for a fast-growing management consulting firm's AI Transformation and Data Center advisory practice in the UAE. You will lead AI transformation engagements, advise on data center strategy, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver AI transformation engagements from readiness assessments through to implementation governance and scaling
- Advise clients on data center and digital infrastructure strategy including site and capacity planning, vendor selection, and investment cases
- Build AI adoption roadmaps aligned to clients' commercial objectives and UAE/GCC governance frameworks
- Develop business cases, operating models, and target architectures for enterprise scale AI and infrastructure programmes
- Manage workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and own day to day client relationships
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or related field
- Strong focus on AI, digital transformation, or data center / digital infrastructure
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes for large enterprises or government clients
- Strong grounding in AI strategy, governance, and implementation, or in data center / cloud infrastructure advisory
- Excellent client facing, structuring, and communication skills
- Familiarity with UAE / GCC market and regulatory landscape is a strong advantage
- Willingness to be based in the UAE (relocation supported)

The Role
