About the Role
Flynn and Chase is partnering with a leading alternative investment manager to hire a Private Equity Associate in Abu Dhabi. You will support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, and co-investments, building LBO models and leading due diligence.

Responsibilities
- Support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments and co investments
- Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF and returns models, and run scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Lead commercial, financial and operational due diligence on target companies
- Prepare investment committee memos, deal materials and presentations
- Work directly with senior investment professionals on live private equity transactions across sectors and geographies
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience gained at an elite investment bank M&A or a top tier private equity firm
- Exceptional LBO modelling and analytical skills
- Strong academic background from a leading university
- Sharp commercial judgement, deal instinct and genuine passion for private equity
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi

The role
