- Strong understanding of life sciences compliance environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Role Overview
- The Director, Patient Services, is a key member of the Patient Services Leadership Team responsible for co leading design, implementation, and oversight of patient support programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for Patient Services in cross functional brand and access planning discussions.
- Partner with payer team to design and execute pull through strategies.
- Act as primary point of contact for RRD team, managing internal training needs and escalated patient cases.
- Lead analysis and refinement of patient services data reporting.
- Oversee Pharmacovigilance compliance and maintain audit readiness.
- Collaborate with PSP marketing manager on HCP and patient facing materials.
- Drive strategy and innovation for continuous PSP improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for field sales and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for program efficiencies and enhancements.
- Maintain close engagement with vendor partners.
- Serve as active member of Patient Services Leadership Team.
- Provide training and guidance on Patient Services program processes.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing hub support programs.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing vendors.
- Strong understanding of life sciences compliance environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $177,000 to $260,000.
- Eligible for short term incentives program.
