Responsibilities
- Define and own the long term product strategy and roadmap for du Pay
- Anticipate market evolution, customer demand shifts, fintech trends, and competitive threats
- Identify new product opportunities and innovation areas aligned with du Pay's strategic ambitions
- Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, scalability, and financial return
- Lead the end to end lifecycle of product ideation, design, implementation, launch, and optimization
- Drive expansion into lending, investments, insurance, SME/SOHO financial solutions, embedded finance, and value added digital services
- Define product business cases, ROI models, and success metrics
- Work in partnership with Technology and Architecture teams to ensure execution excellence
- Drive agile product governance and prioritization frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, preferably in fintech or digital payments
- Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of fintech trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Experience leading cross functional teams and working with technology, commercial, and compliance functions
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Key Accountabilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the long term product strategy and roadmap for du Pay.
- Anticipate market evolution, customer demand shifts, fintech trends, and competitive threats.
- Identify new product opportunities and innovation areas aligned with du Pay's strategic ambitions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, scalability, and financial return.
Product Innovation & Roadmap Execution
- Lead the end to end lifecycle of product ideation, design, implementation, launch, and optimization.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of product roadmap initiatives.
- Drive expansion into: Lending, Investments (including tokenized and digital assets), Insurance, SME/SOHO financial solutions, Embedded finance, Value added digital services.
- Define product business cases, ROI models, and success metrics.
Technology & Delivery Alignment
- Work in strict partnership with Technology and Architecture teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Ensure product developments are commercially justified and aligned with business priorities.
- Balance innovation ambitions with operational scalability and delivery feasibility.
- Drive agile product governance and prioritization frameworks.
- Ensure technology investments generate measurable business outcomes.
Customer Experience & Market Intelligence
- Lead customer centric product design and journey optimization.
- Monitor customer behaviors, market trends, fintech innovation, and regulatory developments.
- Translate data insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Benchmark du Pay against regional and global fintech leaders.
Cross Functional Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Support the CEO and Executive Committee in shaping long term growth strategy.
- Build strong product management disciplines and innovation culture across the organization.
