Role Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance and commercial growth.
- Drive international business development and market expansion.
- Lead technical proposals, commercial bids, costing, and tender strategy.
- Manage project execution, delivery performance, quality, and margin protection.
- Build strategic partnerships and strengthen global client relationships.
- Develop opportunities across oil, gas, water, power, and energy infrastructure markets.
- Establish scalable operational frameworks and support organizational growth.
- Oversee sourcing and execution involving international fabrication and supply chain partners.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, proposals, business development, and project execution.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 18 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong process engineering background and business development expertise.
- Extensive proposals, cost estimation, commercial bidding, and project execution experience.
- Broad knowledge across gas processing, oil treatment, water treatment, power generation, or energy systems.
- Experience managing international clients, projects, and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Highly Desirable
- Established network across Middle East, Africa, and international energy markets.
- Experience developing new business units, product lines, or geographic markets.
- Knowledge of global sourcing, fabrication supply chains, and regional content requirements.
