Role Overview
Business Development Manager role supporting global growth for an engineering and process systems company headquartered in Dubai.
The role focuses on energy, oil and gas, water, and industrial process sectors.
Regional and international travel of approximately 40–50% is required.
The role combines technical commercial expertise, market intelligence, key account management, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across oil and gas, water treatment, energy, and process industries.
- Develop relationships with major operators, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify tender opportunities and lead client engagement activities.
- Manage international agency and representative networks to increase market penetration.
- Establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and technology alliances.
- Work with engineering and proposal teams on commercial strategies and winning proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support contract award processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging project opportunities across target regions.
