About the Role
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi seeks a Director of Marketing & Communications to lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns for a luxury hospitality property. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties' business goals
- Manage the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of all marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
- Oversee and refine the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with company mission, values, and target market
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media
- Leverage market research, data analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost effective use of resources to maximize ROI
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing marketing team
- Serve as primary point of contact for marketing related matters, presenting strategy and results to senior executives
- Track, analyze, and report on performance of all marketing campaigns
- Manage public relations strategies and work with key partners, influencers, and media outlets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or service industry
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and driving organizational change
- Exceptional ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and resources with track record of maximizing ROI

Qualifications
