- Coordinate with the State Cases Department in advocacy
- Review performance indicators and prepare annual report

General Objective
- Monitoring the implementation of activities related to the department's work and participating in the formulation of public policies and the development of strategies specific to legal affairs, which include providing all legal services.
Qualification
- PhD in Law or Master of Law or Bachelor of Law
- Experience: 10+ years
Main Responsibilities
- Providing legal opinions on matters referred to the department and offering advice.
- Managing the department's organizational units, monitoring their performance, and preparing reports.
- Preparing the proposed strategic and operational plan for the department, developing work related performance indicators.
- Supervising the preparation of legal studies, agreements, and organizational regulations.
- Supervising the preparation of memoranda and documentation for legal cases.
- Supervising the preparation of all legal statements regarding consultations and inquiries.
- Supervising the work of the Violations and Grievances Committees.
- Supervising the preparation of contracts and their drafts.
- Supervising the preparation and review of memoranda of proposal to the Council of Ministers.
- Supervising the drafting of draft laws, decisions, and circulars.
- Coordinating with the State Cases Department in advocacy.
- Regular review of performance indicators, achievement rates, performance evaluation of department staff, and preparation of annual report.
