Responsibilities
- Lead the asset management strategy across a portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets.
- Drive financial performance through active monitoring of operating metrics, business plans, budgets, and capital expenditure programmes.
- Partner with hotel operators and management companies to maximise revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset value.
- Review and challenge annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
- Identify and execute value creation initiatives across the portfolio.
- Oversee asset repositioning, refurbishment, expansion, and redevelopment projects where required.
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support acquisitions, disposals, and investment evaluations from an asset management perspective.
- Prepare performance updates, investment committee materials, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with operators, consultants, advisors, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience within hospitality asset management, hotel investments, real estate investments, hospitality consulting, or hotel operations
- Strong understanding of hotel financial performance metrics including GOP, NOI, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and asset valuation principles
- Experience managing relationships with international hotel operators and branded hospitality assets
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvements and asset value enhancement initiatives
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior executives, boards, or investment committees
