Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related fields with minimum 14 years relevant experience including 7 years supervisory
- OR Master's Degree with minimum 12 years relevant experience including 4 years supervisory
- OR PhD with minimum 10 years relevant experience including 2 years supervisory
- Specialized training and professional certifications in digital planning, digital risk management, digital transformation frameworks, etc.

Objective of the job
- Oversight, planning, and guidance of all technical and administrative activities and programs related to digital transformation planning and operations, ensuring government compliance, and actively contributing to the creation of strategic added value for systems, applications, platforms, and digita
