- Build scalable data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities
- Lead modernization of data platforms, reporting ecosystems, and BI environments
- Establish enterprise wide KPIs, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
- Drive audience intelligence, digital analytics, customer insights, and data driven decision making
- Oversee data governance, quality, privacy, compliance, and security practices
- Partner with AI, Digital, IT, Editorial, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Lead implementation and optimization of cloud based data platforms and data warehouses
- Manage enterprise reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Build and mentor high performing data and analytics teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- 12 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data Management
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise data transformation programs
- Strong experience with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, Cloud Data Architecture, Data Modeling & ETL Pipelines
- Experience in audience analytics, digital analytics, customer insights, or media analytics is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview

- Build and scale modern data capabilities across audience intelligence, digital analytics, AI enablement, enterprise reporting, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the organization’s enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
- Build scalable data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities.
- Lead modernization of data platforms, reporting ecosystems, and business intelligence environments.
- Establish enterprise wide KPIs, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Drive audience intelligence, digital analytics, customer insights, and data driven decision making.
- Oversee data governance, quality, privacy, compliance, and security practices.
- Partner with AI, Digital, IT, Editorial, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Lead implementation and optimization of cloud based data platforms and data warehouses.

- Drive adoption of best practices in data engineering, visualization, master data management, and analytics governance.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise data transformation programs.
- Strong experience with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Power BI, SQL & Data Warehousing, Data Governance Frameworks, Cloud Data Architecture, Data Modeling & ETL Pipelines.
- Experience in audience analytics, digital analytics, customer insights, or media analytics is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI enablement, data governance, and enterprise reporting.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross functional leadership teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within media, government, digital platforms, telecommunications, airlines, retail, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- GA4 and digital analytics expertise.
- Social media analytics and audience intelligence.
- SEO and web analytics understanding.
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with PDPL and data privacy regulations.
