- Develop and lead the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap
- Build and scale AI capabilities across the organization
- Lead implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI operating frameworks
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases delivering measurable business impact
- Partner with Data, Digital, Technology, Editorial, and Business teams to drive AI adoption
- Lead enterprise AI architecture, AI platforms, and AI lifecycle governance
- Drive AI innovation programs, experimentation, and emerging technology initiatives
- Oversee AI vendors, technology partners, and implementation programs
- Develop executive dashboards, AI KPIs, and value realization reporting
- Build and mentor high performing AI, Data Science, and Analytics teams
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 12–15+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP & LLMs, AI Governance, Predictive Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Cloud AI Platforms, Enterprise AI Architecture
- Hands on experience with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Databricks, OpenAI, or similar ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience building and managing AI teams and transformation programs

Role Overview
- Lead enterprise AI strategy, governance, innovation, and implementation across a fast evolving digital and media ecosystem in Abu Dhabi.
- This role will be responsible for building and scaling AI capabilities, driving automation and advanced analytics initiatives, enabling AI powered products and services, and establishing enterprise AI governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and national digital transformation prioriti
- The ideal candidate combines deep technical AI expertise with executive leadership, innovation, and enterprise transformation experience.
