Requirements
- 18+ years of technology leadership experience
- At least 8 years in an executive technology role (CTO, CIO, Chief Digital Officer, or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation
- Experience managing organizations of 100+ technology professionals
- Experience overseeing multi million dollar technology portfolios
- Strong experience with cloud, AI, enterprise architecture, digital platforms, and data strategy
- Experience working with executive committees and Boards
- Preferred industry experience in broadcasting, media, publishing, digital media, OTT/streaming, telecommunications, global digital platforms, or large government digital organizations

Role Purpose
- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing the organization's enterprise technology strategy, driving digital transformation, modernizing media technology platforms, and enabling innovation through AI, data, cloud, and emerging technologies.
- The CTO will lead enterprise Information Technology, Digital Platforms, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, and Media Technology functions while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
- The role requires a strategic technology executive with experience leading large scale digital transformation within complex organizations, preferably digital first, broadcasting, publishing, media, streaming, or customer centric environments.
