About the Role

  • CNTXT is the exclusive reseller of Google Cloud in Saudi Arabia, seeking a Director of Channel Partners to lead, scale, and enable the reseller ecosystem.
  • The role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and bridges strategic alignment between CNTXT, Google Cloud, and the reseller community.

What You’ll Do (Principal Duties)

  • Shape the Strategy: Own the end to end channel strategy for Google Cloud resellers in Saudi Arabia, building a GCP pipeline to at least 3 times the annual target.
  • Drive Partner Success: Define and execute joint business plans with resellers, setting clear revenue targets, consumption goals, certifications, and go to market strategies.
  • Lead Enablement & Governance: Architect reseller enablement programs to strengthen their technical, sales, and delivery capabilities while ensuring strict regulatory governance and compliance.
  • Structure & Classify: Classify partners by service capabilities and specialized domains (Infrastructure, App Modernization, Data, and AI/ML).
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner internally with CNTXT’s Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Delivery, and Finance teams to drive ecosystem success.
  • Executive Alignment: Conduct structured pipeline reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and high level executive alignment meetings with top reseller partners.

Who You Are (Qualification Requirements)

  • The Experience: 8+ years of extensive experience in channel and partner leadership specifically within the technology and software sector.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Savvy: A deep, proven background in cloud services (ideally Google Cloud Platform).
  • Regional Market Footprint: Prior experience navigating the Saudi Arabian or broader GCC technology market is highly desirable.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Complete verbal and written fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage.
