- Establish high level design standards that reflect innovation, sustainability, luxury, functionality, and client expectations
- Lead the full design lifecycle including concept, schematic, detailed design, technical coordination, authority approvals, and final implementation
- Oversee the development of integrated architecture and landscape design solutions for major real estate, community, and luxury development projects
- Act as the primary design contact for key clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the architecture and landscape design team
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations
- Champion sustainable design practices, green infrastructure, eco friendly materials, and energy efficient solutions
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable laws, regulations, authority requirements, environmental standards, zoning rules, and company policies
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership on project status, design performance, risks, milestones, and key decisions

Strategic Design Leadership
- Define and lead the overall architecture and landscape design vision in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Establish high level design standards that reflect innovation, sustainability, luxury, functionality, and client expectations.
- Develop creative design strategies that strengthen the company’s market positioning and support business growth.
- Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the client's brand identity, project objectives, authority requirements, and industry best practices.
Architecture and Landscape Design Management
- Lead the full design lifecycle, including concept design, schematic design, detailed design, technical coordination, authority approvals, and final implementation.
- Oversee the development of integrated architecture and landscape design solutions for major real estate, community, and luxury development projects.
- Ensure landscape designs are properly coordinated with architectural, urban planning, infrastructure, engineering, and operational requirements.
- Review and approve design deliverables before they proceed to construction or implementation.
- Develop and maintain design standards, material guidelines, sustainability principles, and design catalogs to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary design contact for key clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure design alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Lead design presentations, review meetings, client workshops, project walk throughs, and feedback sessions.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding requirements, managing expectations, and delivering high quality design solutions.
- Provide strategic design advice and recommendations to support client decision making.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the architecture and landscape design team.
- Build a high performing design function that promotes creativity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Allocate design resources effectively to meet project priorities, deadlines, and business requirements.
- Review team performance, provide technical guidance, and support professional development.
- Encourage the adoption of new design tools, technologies, and innovative design approaches.
Project Oversight and Delivery
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, design milestones, resource utilization, and project risks.
- Coordinate with project management, operations, commercial, procurement, HSE, legal, and regulatory teams to support successful project execution.
- Identify design related challenges, risks, and delays, and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure final design solutions are practical, buildable, cost effective, sustainable, and aligned with the approved design intent.
Sustainability, Quality and Compliance
- Champion sustainable design practices, green infrastructure, eco friendly materials, and energy efficient solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable laws, regulations, authority requirements, environmental standards, zoning rules, and company policies.
- Conduct regular design quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, technical compliance, and aesthetic excellence.
- Promote continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes, client feedback, lessons learned, and industry developments.
- Maintain strong governance over design approvals, documentation, revisions, and final sign offs.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership on project status, design performance, risks, milestones, and key decisions.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of design stages, approvals, changes, client feedback, and project records.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for design quality, project delivery, budget adherence, client satisfaction, and sustainability targets.
- Provide strategic input to senior management on design trends, business opportunities, operational improvements, and future project requirements.
