The Director, GIS Business Strategy Office provides executive leadership for strategic planning, governance, portfolio management, enterprise architecture governance, financial management and resiliency programs supporting Global Infrastructure Services (GIS). This role is accountable for aligning technology strategy, investment decisions, organizational capabilities and transformation initiatives with TE business objectives while ensuring effective execution, operational excellence and measurable business value.

Partner with GIS, TEIS and business leaders to develop and execute infrastructure strategies, modernization roadmaps, resiliency initiatives and enterprise programs aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.

Drive enterprise architecture and technology governance for GIS infrastructure platforms, including strategy, principles, standards, target-state architectures, multi-year technology roadmaps and architecture review processes that ensure alignment with SRM/Cybersecurity, GIS technology leaders, platform owners and enterprise requirements.

Lead portfolio financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, CapEx/OpEx management, procurement governance, value realization and cost optimization initiatives.
Direct enterprise disaster recovery program and governance, including planning, testing, readiness assessments, compliance reporting and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, risk management and operational standards, proactively identifying and mitigating strategic, technology, operational, financial and resource risks.
Prepare and communicate strategic priorities, portfolio performance, investment requirements, risks and business outcomes to executive leadership, providing insights that support effective decision-making and organizational alignment.
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development while advancing organizational capabilities and portfolio maturity.
Proven success leading enterprise portfolios, strategic transformation initiatives and technology organizations within complex global environments, delivering measurable business, operational and technology outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to define strategic vision, influence executive stakeholders, translate strategy into execution, and drive organizational change across business and technology functions.
Strong experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture governance, operating model design, portfolio management, organizational maturity, technology modernization and investment prioritization.
Strong understanding of infrastructure resiliency, disaster recovery and large-scale technology operations.
Experience evaluating, implementing and scaling emerging technologies, including AI, automation and infrastructure transformation solutions.
Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing large technology budgets, investment portfolios, business cases, supplier relationships, contracts and value realization initiatives.
Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a proven ability to build consensus, shape decisions and drive organizational alignment across senior leaders.
Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, innovation, talent development, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to balance business objectives, technology priorities, risk, and resource constraints.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $180,000 - $215,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
