What you will own

• Lead the evolution of enterprise risk and compliance programs while supporting strategic business growth.
• Deliver risk insights, governance reporting and recommendations that help executives balance opportunity and risk.
• Strengthen operational resilience and business continuity capabilities to minimize disruption and protect clients.
• Promote accountability, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.
• Improve risk, audit and assurance processes by identifying threats, closing control gaps and enhancing effectiveness.

What you will bring

• Significant experience leading enterprise risk, compliance, governance or operational risk programs in a complex regulated organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders on risk-based decisions, controls and business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, audit practices and business continuity principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for translating complex risks and regulatory requirements into recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and empower high-performing teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in payments, financial services or technology is a bonus.
• An advanced related degree or professional risk, compliance or governance certification is a bonus.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improved compliance, resilience or risk maturity is a bonus.
