- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 10 12 years relevant experience in construction management, particularly with large scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong understanding of construction best practices, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
- Experience in the Middle East construction industry is highly advantageous
