Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure planning in alignment with the long-term vision and master development plan.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, and environmental teams on comprehensive planning strategies.
- Analyze existing infrastructure frameworks and identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
- Engage government authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to secure approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop project proposals covering timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report planning progress and present insights and adjustments to senior management.
- Foster relationships with external agencies and contractors to support infrastructure project execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assessments for strategic infrastructure investment decisions.
