Overview
The Director will lead HSE strategy, governance, and implementation across all projects and operations.
This role will oversee policy development, audits, and compliance with national and international standards.
A key focus will be embedding a proactive safety culture across the workforce.
The Director will work closely with project leadership and regulators.
This role will also manage incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.
