- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations and drive necessary changes

- Mentor and develop accounting professionals within the group
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in group accounting, with significant leadership experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills

Role Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join as Director Group Accounting. In this executive role, you will oversee the group accounting function and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial reporting framework and accounting policies.
