Responsibilities
- Build and lead the education investments vertical, establishing and scaling a new investment strategy focusing on education platforms globally
- Work across the full investment lifecycle including origination, strategy development, execution, due diligence, financial analysis, and ongoing portfolio management
- Shape the firm’s approach to education investments, identifying thematic opportunities and driving value creation across the portfolio
Requirements
- A minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience within a top tier private equity firm, investment bank, or relevant investment platform, with meaningful exposure to the education sector
- Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments, including leading transactions across the full deal lifecycle
- Deep understanding of global education markets, including key trends, business models, and value drivers across sub sectors
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience building or scaling investment strategies or verticals within an institutional environment
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a high performing, entrepreneurial environment and engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
