Responsibilities
- Translate experience and business requirements into high level product and technology considerations
- Assess emerging technologies, digital platforms, and product solutions to determine strategic relevance
- Define future state product and experience requirements that inform subsequent technology planning
- Provide strategic guidance on technology enabled experiences, digital products, and innovation opportunities
- Evaluate solution concepts, platforms, and product ecosystems from customer, commercial, and experience perspective
- Formulate recommendations on technology and product investment opportunities
- Engage with technology providers, gaming platforms, content creators, and innovation partners
- Develop concept level requirements and experience frameworks for detailed delivery plans
- Provide strategic product and innovation inputs into governance forums and investment reviews
- Support technology and delivery teams by defining concept level requirements and strategic priorities
- Review and challenge proposed technology solutions and roadmaps for alignment with asset objectives
- Contribute to development of standards, principles, and governance frameworks for technology enabled products
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Digital Product Management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, product, innovation & digital experiences

Overview
- Responsible for shaping the product vision, innovation strategy, and future experience roadmap for Gaming and Esports assets across Qiddiya.
- The role focuses on identifying emerging trends, technologies, content formats, and experiential concepts that enhance guest engagement and differentiate asset propositions.
- The Director will define future state product and experience opportunities, evaluate innovative solutions from global providers, and formulate strategic recommendations that inform asset planning, investment decisions, and long term growth ambitions.
- The role acts as a bridge between asset teams, strategic partners, and enabling functions to ensure the delivery of Qiddiya's Gaming and Esports ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate experience and business requirements into high level product and technology considerations
- Assess emerging technologies, digital platforms, and product solutions to determine their strategic relevance and potential application
- Define future state product and experience requirements that inform subsequent technology planning and delivery activities
- Provide strategic guidance on technology enabled experiences, digital products, and innovation opportunities
- Evaluate solution concepts, platforms, and product ecosystems from a customer, commercial, and experience perspective
- Formulate recommendations on technology and product investment opportunities to support asset differentiation and long term growth
- Engage with technology providers, gaming platforms, content creators, and innovation partners to understand emerging capabilities and market developments
- Develop concept level requirements and experience frameworks that can be translated into detailed delivery plans by specialist technology teams
- Provide strategic product and innovation inputs into governance forums, investment reviews, and key asset decision making processes
- Support technology and delivery teams by defining concept level requirements, strategic priorities, and desired experience outcomes for future initiatives
- Review and challenge proposed technology solutions, roadmaps, and innovation initiatives to ensure alignment with asset objectives and guest experience ambitions
- Contribute to the development of standards, principles, and governance frameworks for technology enabled products and experiences across Gaming and Esports assets
Requirements
- A bachelor degree in Business Administration, Digital Product Management or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, product, innovation & digital experiences
