- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for finance and procurement teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to support project delivery and organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of combined experience in finance and procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing finance and procurement strategies within large scale projects or organizations
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, procurement best practices, and contract management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Proficiency with financial and procurement software and tools
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
